At Shunyata, we believe in transparency and your right to understand how your data is handled. This policy outlines our approach to data collection, storage, and privacy in simple terms.

• Moments: Timestamps and durations of app usage
• Goals: Daily or weekly path intentions
• App settings/preferences

• Data is stored locally on your device
• If you sign in with Google, data syncs to our secure cloud (Firebase Firestore) and is linked to your account
• Anonymous users remain device-only until they choose to sign in

• When you sign in, your local data merges with cloud data
• Updates to goals or moments update your cloud data
• Signing out deletes local data to prevent sharing with another account

• We do not use your data for ads or marketing
• Cloud data is protected via Firebase authentication and HTTPS
• You control your data: you can sign out or delete it anytime

• Google Sign-In for authentication
• Firebase Firestore for cloud storage

This app is not intended for children under 13.

Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted. Anonymous or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
To delete your account, please open shunyata app and navigate to Settings > Archives and tap the Delete Account button.
